Annie Wilson, eighteen year old cousin to Annie and Jane Hughston signed the petition in 1891. 

Her future mother-in-law Agnes Ballantyne was president of the Malvern branch of the Women's Temperance Union and organised the collection of signatures for the Malvern section of the petition.
