67 Victoria Street Flemington is one of a pair of timber cottages. They share a centre wall along the sides of which run passages the full length of the houses. Originally described as wood with 3 rooms, both houses have been extended over time. The 1887 Rates Assessment attributes ownership of this property to Walter Grant and the occupier is named as a labourer, Peter Mulholland. Within a couple of years the house was owned by Peter and had gained another rateable room. By 1901 James Mulholland is in residence in this typical example of a Flemington cottage.

This property profile forms part of the Victorian Era Victoria Street Flemington project.
